Citizen Forester Volunteer & CEU Reporting Form (timesheet)

Please note:

You will need to download the Google document to your computer, fill it out & submit by e-mail. You have two e-mail options that appear in a pop-up box: "Desktop Email Application" or "Internet Email". The desktop option will open your Outlook e-mail & attach the document data. If you have an internet-based e-mail account, click the "Internet Email" option. In this case, you save the data form to your computer as an xml data file & then attach it to your e-mail to Courtney.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

(Adobe will not let you save your completed document. It will only let you save a blank copy of the form.)

If all else fails, please print & mail or scan/e-mail your form to Courtney Blevins.
If your computer gives you an error message stating "Data Execution Prevention" then your computer may be blocking this fillable pdf program.
